Artwork information
We aim to display artworks, colours and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on your screen and device settings, and artworks may appear slightly different in person.
All artworks are original works unless otherwise specified. Descriptions, sizes, and availability may be updated at any time.
Purchases (online shop)
If you purchase artwork via our online shop (WooCommerce), the following applies:
- All prices are shown in [GBP] and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.
- Artwork remains the property of Vivienne Littley until payment has been received in full.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs will be shown at checkout or confirmed by email. We take care to package artwork securely.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the packaging and item so we can help resolve the issue.
Returns and cancellations
If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where applicable, you may have a right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the artwork. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Please note: custom or commissioned artwork is usually non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or is faulty.

Commissions
Commissions are welcome and subject to availability.
Commission terms (including pricing, timescales, approvals and payment schedule) will be agreed in writing before work begins. As commissioned artwork is made to order, cancellations and refunds may be limited once work has started.
