Refunds & Returns – Vivienne Littley Art

Thank you for shopping with Vivienne Littley Art. Every artwork is carefully packed and sent with care. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to help.

Returns (change of mind)

If you are a UK customer and you change your mind, you may be able to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To start a return, please email: in**@*************ey.com

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the item you’d like to return
  • a short note confirming you would like to return it

Return conditions

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition, with original packaging where possible.
  • Please return items within 14 days of telling us you’d like to return them.
  • Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and we’ve checked it over, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Damaged items

We take great care when packaging artwork, but if your order arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery).

Please include photos of:

  • the outer packaging
  • any internal packaging
  • the damaged item

We’ll then arrange the best next step, which may include a replacement (where possible), repair, or refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty or not as described, you are protected by UK consumer law. Please contact us and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Commissioned artwork

Commissioned pieces are made especially for you. Because of this, they are generally non-refundable once work has started (unless the artwork is faulty or not as agreed).

If you have any concerns about a commission, please contact us and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.

International orders

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are set by your country and are not included in our prices.
